Each floor houses a different experience, inspired by the same spirit of innovation.

The three-story restaurant is divided into bars and dining rooms, including a Louis XIII-themed private room. Diners may choose from the four- to seven-course menus, plus one for vegetarians. The dishes range from classic French, such as sole à la meunière, to novel creations with Japanese influences, all underpinned by solid skills. Save room for the cheese cart with 20 choices, or crêpe Suzette flambéed by your tableside.
